Namibia has vast potential — geo-strategically located on the west coast of Africa, endowed with abundant minerals, recent oil finds, good infrastructure, and a pleasant climate. Yet it continues to face policy challenges that stunt its development and result in tragically high unemployment.
Without significant pro-business reform and a drive towards grass-roots job creation, the country's vast potential will never be realised — and generations of Namibians will remain left behind.
