The Namibia Institute for Economic Policy (NIEP) submitted an opinion to the Ministry of International Relations and Trade, prepared by Adv Heathcote, a senior advocate. This opinion addresses the legality of the Namibia Investment Promotion Bill, commissioned by NIEP in response to concerns from Namibian investors and affected parties.
